My favorite Korea pictures, so far

1. Sexy Sinchon (Loaded with youngsters and wannabe youngsters like me.)

Advantages to living alone

1. When it’s messy, it’s your own mess.
2. If you don’t feel like cleaning, then don’t!
3. Nobody interrupts your sleep by getting up too early or coming home too late.
4. The fridge is all yours!
5. You can come home late and not have to tiptoe around.
6. You can be in whatever mood you need to be in without someone around aggravating the already-negative-moods.
7. You can decorate exactly how you please.
8. The hair that is shed and seems to collect everywhere is yours, and yours alone.
9. No competition for the TV remote.
10. Nobody eats your leftovers.

Observations about my students

1. They do not go to sleep until 11pm or later, due to all of their homework (these are elementary students, too!).
2. They like to brag about their grades if they are good.
3. They are insistent on seeing their classmates grade and will go to the length of snatching that other person’s test/paper from their hands to look.
4. They love to play games when given the chance.
5. Most of them enjoy drawing when given the chance.
6. They are not very happy with an A-, and sometimes, even an A results in complaints!
7. They are scared of either their mom or their dad or both parents.
8. They are professionals when it comes to letting out loud exasperated sighs of discontent.
9. They enjoy reading out loud.
10. They know a lot more about global warming than I expected.
